How does it work?
1. Upload your roster
Upload your work roster to your PayCheck profile and enable our geo-tracking functionality so we know when you arrive at work and when you leave.
2. Confirm your work time
Our automated system will calculate how much additional time you spent at work - outside of your scheduled roster - and provide you with an overtime calculation. With a simple tap, you can confirm what overtime you want to pay and what time you don't.
3. Submit your pre-filled overtime form
We will produce an overtime claim form for you at the end of your pay cycle. You don't need to lift a finger until it's time to email our prepared form to your employer.
4. Automated paycheque audit
Once you receive your payslip, upload it to our system and we'll audit what you got paid compared to the overtime submitted. Our system will pick up discrepancies in weekend and public holiday rates, industry awards, and work agreements. You'll then receive a remuneration dispute claim document to ensure you get paid what you are entitled to.
5. Receive the pay for the time you worked
